Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed.
Shipping Policy
All merchandise takes up to 2-10 business days to process. Day 1 starts the day after your order is submitted. Tracking numbers are sent via email after processing.
• Business days DOES NOT include holidays or weekends.
• Always allow one extra business day for processing after a holiday or sale.
• We DO NOT ship any products on Saturday or Sunday.
Packages will be shipped using USPS, FEDEX, or DHL depending on your location.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and redelivery cost if a package is returned to Hannora LLC due to:
• An incorrect shipping address provided by a customer
• An incomplete shipping address provided by a customer
• If the customer was not home for delivery
Hannora LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping information in any way. There will be no refunds provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Hannora LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Hannora LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
